Are There Cheats in GTA 6?
The most common question. Short answer: there is no official GTA 6 cheat list yet, but the series' history strongly points to cheats returning.
Cheat history in the series
Every main game from GTA III to GTA 5 had cheat codes. Vice City and San Andreas used typed codes or button sequences. GTA 4 and GTA 5 added dialing numbers on the in-game phone.
What is known for GTA 6?
Rockstar has not mentioned a cheat system in trailers or official statements. Codes usually surface right after launch or are shared by Rockstar; GTA 5's codes appeared in official magazines shortly after release.
What happens if you use cheats?
- Trophies and achievements are disabled for that session.
- Cheats don't work in GTA Online.
- Keep a separate save before cheating.
