What TOOLUP gives you

The weapons cheat hands you a wide set of guns with ammo: pistols, rifles, shotgun, sniper rifle, rocket launcher and grenades. Re-enter it when you run low to top up your ammo.

Ammo cheats

HIGHEX: every bullet explodes; vehicles go up in one shot.
INCENDIARY: bullets set targets on fire.
HOTHANDS: punches and kicks cause explosions.
DEADEYE: time slows while aiming; entering it again strengthens the effect.

Tips

Don't fire explosive ammo up close; the blast hurts you too.
God mode plus explosive melee is the most fun police escape combo.
Ammo cheats switch off when you enter them again.
